H2O Connected developed the only automatic and reliable leak\, running\, and overflowing toilet detection device for the 300+ million tank-based toilets in North America alone. Investors roll over capital gains from other investments into Qualified Opportunity Funds (QOFs)\, which invest in real estate and/or business equity within Qualified Opportunity Zones (QOZs).\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \nLane Udis | Vice President\, Mark Lane Properties\n\n \n\nLane is a co-owner of Mark Lane Properties\, a real estate development company that focuses on bringing old\, vacant structures back to life. Lane Udis and his partner\, Mark Sherman have a unique ability to take forgotten buildings and neighborhoods and turn them into thriving artist and creative communities complete with studio\, restaurant and entertainment space. With an already flourishing portfolio in Philadelphia\, Lane and Mark saw great opportunity in Coatesville.
