Anyone is welcome to attend. \n\n\n\nP.A.B.A. invites the public and local businesses to join the fun and help raise funds to benefit The Parkesburg POINT and the Octorara PTO. \n\nP.A.B.A. will also be collecting Walmart gift cards for local students in need.\n\n\n\nBusinesses wishing to exhibit\, please visit www.paba-pa.org
