A Comprehensive Plan is the Borough’s road map for the future! It is an adopted public policy document that provides long‐range guidance for land‐use, transportation, economic development, housing, public facilities, and natural resources allowing citizens and local decision‐makers to identify and respond to changing community opportunities, challenges, and desires in a proactive and thoughtful way.
