Core Responsibilities
- Meet with pre-set appointments (both new and returning clients)
- Generate creative leads and follow up on opportunities
- Show up on time, connect with customers, and represent the brand
- Jump in where needed - every day's a little different
Support & Communication
- Answer and return customer calls professionally
- Follow up with clients, respond to questions, and handle minor concerns
- Help maintain strong customer relationships through great communication
- Support the team with general coordination and client care
Compensation and Benefits
- 100% commission with a $1,500 bi-weekly draw to support you as you ramp up
- Expected first-year earnings at goal: $48,000 (full year)
- No cap on commission earnings - the more you produce, the more you earn
- Commission scales up as you hit higher performance levels

What You'll Need
- Valid driver's license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, business apps)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
