Details: In order to rent a car, Drivers must be over age 18 and eligible to rent a car through Kulp Rental Car. Drivers must be properly licensed and carry full coverage insurance on their primary vehicle. Rental is for a standard sedan. Any upgrades, damages, or fuel costs are the responsibility of the customer.
